The manager was very courteous and very helpful. Even though I was struggling with my key and not quite sure of what to do, the manager had come down the hall to help me because he had seen me struggle through the cameras. Everything was clean. The beds are so comfortable I thought I was sleeping on a cloud! The complimentary breakfast in their lounge room was the perfect touch. I would gladly stay here again.
My only issues were the water in the shower would fluctuate uncontrollably, and the bathroom door barely cleared the toilet. Otherwise very pleasant experience. Hassle free check in/out, quiet location. Will definitely be back next time I need a room in Bangor.
They're great, kind & honest. A clean place. Customer service is excellent. I will stay again. And also refer family and friends based on the excellent experience we had.
Home burnt down and we stayed here after w our young kids and the staff was amazing to us! Def 5 star!!
