I've lived here for almost 2 years so I can tell you the neighbors are nice. Mostly quiet people and a few young families. Over all it is a decent little place. They do a good job of keeping the riffraff out no drugs or illegal activities. Most people keep to themselves but are friendly. They rent biweekly or monthly.
For what it is a decent room with heat and a microwave not bad . Man in the office is an awesome man .
