From the desk made you feel at ease as soon as we came to them. We had been apprehensive about hotels because of COVID. I told my daughter if any hotel chain can pull this off it's a Hilton, Hampton Inn. Well from the door to the room everything was set up for our protection. The housing staff had the room Squeaky Clean. One staff member Alisha T did a FABULOUS job and helped when needed. If your ever in Bangor Maine I strongly recommend this be your safe sure comfortable stay.
Con:If you don't mind cold showers, this is the place for you.nPros: This is a Covid compliant business. The room was clean, the hotel itself was clean & staff was friendly & knowledgeable. There is a pool & exercise room. Bagged breakfast is available upon request as well as large carafes of coffee are available.
The hotel was nice. Very clean and respectful of social distancing guidelines. The problem I had was they put me in a room above the generator or heat/ac unit and it was very noisy all night. Which made it very hard to rest. I will be contacting Management about it, later on today.
Colby and the staff he keeps are great. They went out of their way to make my families stay an enjoyable one. In particular a woman that goes by the name of JO. She was top notch!!!
Good hotel, with covid the breakfast was weird, and they don’t clean the room if your staying multiple nights. Hotel is on a quiet road and is a convenient drive to every thing in the area.
