Clean and welcoming rooms! Amazing ski side hotel for the pricing. I will definitely be returning!! Lived in Maine all of my life and have never been to Sunday River, I can’t believe what I was missing out on :) Jordan hotel feels like a 5 star hotel for the most reasonable ski side hotel. I understand COVID restrictions and how important they are. The woman who was guarding the pool has a tough job to do, and was following the rules to a t. She came off very strict (rude to the people who were pushing back on the rules). I understand it’s a hard job to do, but it kind of was a buzz kill. I felt like I was trying to get into an A list night club when I had a reservation for the pool. Other than that the staff is extremely friendly and the amenities are amazing.
Hotel staff was too busy on personal phone to answer phone or address my concerns. Advised to book online because front desk didn't answer while sitting in restaurant at hotel. Booked online and paid more than had they answered. Told we had complimentary breakfast online to be told in morning we had to pay nearly $25 each tried unsuccessfully to get reimbursed. Stay clear and enjoy the good parts of the resort
Perfect launchpad for a weekend of skiing. Functional rooms. Great food at Sliders. Friendly and helpful staff. Any negative reviews are probably not skiers.
Of all the places I've worked. This is by far the best Job I've had. I'm honored to be part of the Sunday River Team
My home away from home. Very personable staff. Very helpful, with your comfort in mind. Can't beat ski in/out and pool/hot tub. The views are also a plus.
