The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They refused to honor a reservation I made through Wyndham Resorts 2 months in advance. Absolutely unprofessional.
It's been quiet and the room is clean...staff friendly.
Pleasant hotel staff, though they made me wish I knew their language. Basic accommodations, comfy beds and clean. My only complaint is with the television channels, nighttime tv was nothing but left leaning lies, neither entertaining or enjoyable. That complaint has NOTHING to do with the Hotel, they accept my dog so I'm sure I'll be back. Thank you
Clean and staff were friendly. Only complaint was the tv, satellite tv is terrible unless you want to watch infomercials or qvc
