My family and I have stayed here a handful of times throughout 2020-2021. They are hands down the best hotel in the area, I felt very safe and comfortable bringing my family here. I keep coming back because of their friendly and professional staff, and the level of cleanliness is above and beyond. I highly recommend this place.
Staff was pleasant. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was not up to standard. The lampshade on the desk had a mysterious splattered brown stain. My significant other found a budweiser beer can as well as other miscellaneous garbage behind the television. When in the bathroom, I noticed a splatter stain on the lower wall that strongly resembled blood. Other than these key cleanliness concerns, we enjoyed the hotel.
Room is clean, restaurant meals have been phenomenal. Wait staff Betty and Danielle are great .nI met the General manager and she is very friendly and it shows how she treats her staff and clients. Highly recommend staying here.
Awesome! Even tho we were in a pandemic it was awesome. The only down side is that the pancakes are like cardboard. Otherwise it was great
Was not offered their famous cookies at check in. Then told that the room we booked could not take a cot, which we specifically requested when making the reservations. Had to call the reservation person from the room to straighten it out. Stewart was apologetic and professional, we had the cot within an hour, and got the cookies at check out. Room was nice, but a lot of sound travels through the walls.
