Room was clean, valet was quick and courteous, close to waterfront and all the restaurants.nnBreakfast was perfect and the indoor pool very clean and well maintained.nnBeds were a little firm and my back hurt in the morning.nnExcellent option for a family.

I stayed here for a long weekend to enjoy Portland before the busy season began. I was excited for how close it was to restaurants and downtown and how I'd be able to walk to almost everything while visiting.nWhen we got there we were surprised to find that they only offered valet parking and then charged $20/day to have your vehicle there. There were a lot of family owned lots nearby so I'd recommend seeing if those are any less expensive since it seemed pretty steep. The folks at the front desk were friendly and quickly checked us in as well as out when we went to leave.nThe room was fine, nothing special but it was clean. I will say that the heat didn't really work well, I was able to set the temp but then it never stayed constant. I would have to manually turn it back on and off for it to come back to temperature.nBreakfast was fine, just cereal, granola bars and fruit. I understand its COVID and restrictions are in place, but I'd say it was a bit lacking. We'd get coffee in the morning and then go out to get breakfast.nOverall it was fine. The best part was how close it was to things and that was definitely great. Everything else was ok, but we weren't in the room much anyway.

I’ve really enjoyed my extended stay at the Hampton Inn. The $84 extended stay rate is competitive (no hotel tax 30+ days) and comes with great features such as a continental breakfast, swimming pool, gym, smart guest laundry machines, scheduled housekeeping, free parking, valet parking on the weekends and nice, clean, comfortable rooms in an awesome downtown Portland location. Sebago Brewing Company is attached to the hotel and other close dining options. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for short and extended stays.

Our family had a wonderful stay!! The room was spotless and even sealed with a Lysol clean guarantee label (which made us feel confident that it was safe). The free breakfast was an awesome, especially the smoothies! Staff was always friendly and accommodating. Finally, the location was perfect for us, walkable to many restaurants, shops and the waterfront - we will be back!

Took a little staycation with the kids here to get out of the house. They’ve got a good little pool that was lots of fun. No hot tub for the adults but otherwise was good.
