My boyfriend and I stayed here two times within about a week. The first time we spent the night, we liked the room we stayed in. That is the reason we stayed another night about almost a week later. This last stay wasn't so great. The bathroom was not very clean, especially around the toilet. The heater in our room was not only vibrating, but was making a loud noise, that would constantly change the sound of the heater; thus making it impossible to use the heat and sleep at the same time. Fortunately, our room didn't get too cold that evening, at least not under the blankets. The manager on duty didn't seem to care when I told him the next day, at checkout. That really upsets me when the management can't even apologize or anything. I will NOT stay here again.
The whole hotel smells like rotten food and BO.nBoyfriend works in Portland area a lot. We called and booked a room, paid over the phone with his card. We let them know I would be arriving first. Was told all set. I get there and they refused to let me check in unless I had written permission to use his card and they wanted to be emailed a picture of the front & back of his card. I told them I would call him so they could talk to him but absolutely not send them picture of our card when we already paid. The guy was extremely rude and kept interrupting me. I said whatever and went to mall until bf got out of work.nnWe go out to eat and go back to go to bed. Wake up to ANTS crawling on us in bed. I jump out of bed and there is soo many ants all over the floor. Crawling in our stuff , up the wall, bed, all over the shower, sink and toilet. They gave us a hard time for a refund but eventually did give us a refund. Definitely don’t recommend going
I’ve stayed at this location multiple times! Great service and great staff! Thanks specifically to the General Manager Andrew for being such a great guy! I look forward to my next visit!
Had a GREAT time at this hotel everything was WONDERFUL, staff great breakfast was great seeing we are in a pandemic but had some great choices
Rooms were not ready at 330pm, no blankets on the beds just a sheet & flimsy thin comforter with absolutely disgusting filthy stained up comforter covers. Went to use the pool with my kids just this past weekend i get down there to find 3 grown women completely nude drinking wine put of the bottle while dancing around the hot tub with the music cranked. Complained 2 times an hr & a half later they were still in there, although during covid each group can schedule an hr they were in there for almost 3, we were told we couldn't use it till noon the next day which was chech out time. So disappointed & disgusted
