Despite Covid precautions, Embassy staff did a great job providing a lovely stay for my son's birthday weekend. We loved the big room, the pool and close location to stuff in Portland. No airplane noise whatsoever! I was really happy with the take and go continental breakfast. It was yummy and substantial to boot. No complaints here. Would highly recommend!
I've stayed here several times throughout my life, and have always had a positive experience. I was extremely nervous about having to stay in a hotel during the current pandemic times, but the entire place was so clean and my room was immaculate. I felt very safe and comfortable. Thank you so much to the staff!
I have traveled to many hotels threw this pandemic, I always write a honest review because I believe especially now being in a pandemic money should not be wasted on hotels that won't give you top notch service. I will start off by saying the staff are amazing! They are kind, hard working and very friendly to be around. The rooms are very nice! I stayed on the 5th floor and had a king suite. I loved the lay out , they provide snacks and water as well. The room was updated, bed was comfy and it was clean. The breakfast was the best that I've had threw the pandemic, most places serve hardly anything there was hot sandwiches and plenty to chose from. I was very impressed. I will 100 percent stay again. The only thing I will say is fix the pool! Most pools are open even threw the pandemic, would have been nice to swim. But other then that a perfect relaxing stay.
I love staying here. During winter months its very cheaply priced. Love that the room is a suite/ very accommodating to dogs. Love their warm breakfast. Friendly staff. My favorite hotel in portland :)
Although COVID has changed many experiences the personnel at this Embassy Suites went beyond to make my stay comfortable. Hailey at the front desk was kind and professional and very knowledgeable. Her customer skills in handling a challenging customer were commendable and impressive. Ritchie was prompt with every request along with genuine kindness extended. Jimmy was friendly and prompt in my shuttle ride to the Jetport. I would strongly recommend your hotel to others and will stay with you again in the future! The room was clean and warm as needed. Well done to the staff !
