I honestly haven't experienced a nicer staff at a hotel. Walking in or out, they never failed to greet us with a genuine tone. The staff was informative about our stay and the bill was under our door on check-out day. The room was clean and there was plenty of parking. Also, this is a great location for travel and a nice view.

I am so sorry for the review below. It was not meant for Comfort Inn & Suites. It was meant for an older motel down the road from Comfort Inn, named Colonial Valley Motel. Not sure how I got it wrong. Trying to save money, I started at Colonial. They lost power so I went to Comfort. Comfort was and always has been wonderful. This time was no different. Can't recommend Comfort enough.nn(Colonial is) not your family friendly motel. Has seen better days. Old carpet. Outdated bath. However, was clean with firm mattress. Nice size refrigerator with microwave. However, can't stress it enough. This is not your family friendly place.

We are from Connecticut and this past weekend we went on a road trip and stayed at this hotel. Everyone was very friendly but we forgot to make the reservation until Sunday and they had already sold everything, but on Saturday morning they called us to our room to tell us that we could stay since someone canceled. On Sunday morning we left and my daughter forgot her favorite blanket in the room, we realized it four hours later and we could not return so on Monday morning we called the hotel and they found my daughter's blanket, today Saturday we received by mail my daughter's favorite blanket! Needless to say, the staff at this hotel have been very kind and attentive in sending us my daughter's blanket since she couldn't sleep without it. Without a doubt, next time we will call in advance but to no other hotel if not to this one ... Thank you all for your kindness and the quality of your service, if I could I would give you 10 stars!
