SO VERY NICE. I LOVED BEING THERE. I HOPE TO BE ABLE TO GO BACK SOME DAY.
The service is over the top. My 17 year old son’s sled broke down and the owner was going to drive 45 minutes one way to bring us a part if we could not get the parts locally. The manager went to a hardware store and bought parts to get us going. My son mentioned numerous times what a different culture up there compared to where we live in southern Maine with how helpful everyone was wanting to help us. Great experience staying there. The room was was clean and they have a very nice lodge like area where breakfast is served and included. They are the best!!!
Very clean, friendly service, and large rooms. Definitely good value. Everything along the TransCanada was sold out or sketchy so we popped over the border, which despite being a tiny crossing was open 24/7. Took 2 minutes.
This place is a good inexpensive place with helpful staff. The rooms were well-kept and the place attractive enough from the outside. The parking lot is a bit of a challenge being on a hill. I would stay here again if I go to this, my home town once more. Sadly the town has no life or industry any more and I saw little or no evidence of the French culture I started with and visited in my early years. The last real restaurant in town will close soon. No theater. The town and much of Aroostook seem just a place to pass through any more....
Nice place No frills. Clean and very nice manager. Recommend For nice clean room sleep and nice breakfast. Very friendly manager, Ed.
