Best of the best.... these guys are the fastest and best quality workers..
I called four times to get an estimate for a new roof on my home over the last month. I even spoke to Frank, the owner one of my calls on 10/7/19 who said he would come out that week to do the estimate- takes about an hour. Still no estimate, no contact from them, and when I try calling back they ask for my address again as if it's my first time calling! I will never get roofing done by this company and don't recommend anyone waste their time or energy calling them. They have very poor customer service!
Fairbanks Roofing did a fabulous job replacing my end-of-life asphalt shingle roof in 2015 with a wonderful green metal roof which eliminated the ice dams and has weathered beautifully.
KEN WENT TO MY HOUSE WHEN I WAS HAVING ICE BUILD-UP AFTER ANOTHER CONTRCTOR HAD PUT A NEW ROOF ON FOR ME ,AND FOUND SOME SERIOUS PROBLEMS ,,,,WE HAD KEN & THE CREW REPAIR THE PROBLEMS CAUSED BY TRYING TO SAVE A BUCK & THEY DID A OUTSTANDING JOB ,,,ME & MY WIFE BOTH AGREE WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED KEN FIRST & GET IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME !!!!!! HANDS DOWN KEN KNOWS HOW TO TAKE CARE OF PROBLEM THE FIRST TIME ,,,,,nTHANK-YOU KEN FOR TAKING CARE OF MY ROOF IN SUCH A FAST & PROFESSIONAL MANNER SCOTT & LORI RIOUX - DURHAM,ME.
