Third time I've used Blue Ladder Roofing Company. Just as impressed as I was the last two times. Always professional, and respectful. Great team of guys who care about their work! They are more than just roofers - they go over and beyond. We have some drainage issues on the roof, without even asking, they took the initiative to correct it on our roof, fix the faulty plywood and repaired trim. This was outside the scope of work we had initially discussed. 5-stars!

Wonderful company to deal with, from start to end. They did everything they promised. All in a single day none the less!nReplaced all of our sheeting since they found our existing sheeting had mold! We opted to upgrade to architectural shingles on top. They were careful to tarp our plants to make sure our yard would be free from debris. I also saw them use a rolling magnet around our house to pick up any stray nails at the end - I have a two year old, and I was nervous he would the one stray nail and step on it. So, Blue Ladder Roofing even did an extra walk-around, just to make triple sure it was all picked up. I can't appreciate my gratitude enough for all of that extra effort!nnQUICK UPDATE TO REVIEW ----nI was so pleased with how seamless our roof replacement went, I hired Blue Ladder Roofing Company of Indianapolis to replace a roof on a second property we own. This time with a metal roof. I'd argue the second roof they did was even better than the first one they did for us.nnTheir work is superb. A+++ work. Blue Ladder Roofing Company of Indianapolis just replaced the roof on my home and detached gargage. I'll start by saying I'm a highly meticulous and detail oriented person with extremely high standards for any home improvement or renovation. From the initial consultation when I called Blue Ladder Roofing, the sales rep & owner (Austin) was professional, detailed and on time to our appointment and thoroughly explained what needed done. Our estimate was provided in less than 24 hours. Next, when selecting our shingles for our home, Blue Ladder provided us a huge list of materials and colors to consider for our home, as well as photos of those shingles that they have installed for other homes in Indianapolis. The operations manager kept me informed with the status of our roof install with frequent phone calls, as we were trying to navigate around constant inclement weather. On the day of our roof install, the crew arrived promptly, tarped out landscape, and took extra care not to damage our home's exterior. At the end of our roof replacement, the project manager on site spent atleast two hours doing a deep clean-up with the crew. They made sure all nails were picked up, our flower beds had no shingles or nails in them, and to make sure there were no black marks on our gutters. Austin made a follow-up visit with us to checkin to see what our thought on our new roof were. From beginning to end, Blue Ladder Roofing Company went above and beyond my expectations - from first call to last nail being picked up. Without any doubt, I would recommend them for any roofing replacement or repair project.
