I have lived here for 4 years and have nothing but good things to say about the owners. Everyone struggles and they have been the first ones in line to help me with any assistance that I might need. Very nice and understanding not to mention compassionate as all get out with my trials and tribulations that have come my way being a single mother. What others fail to realize is that communication is always key as well as honesty. Its a great place for my kids and is up and coming. Give them a shot its truly a good place to live.

Run down mobile home park. Very uncaring and understanding landlord's wife!!! Rent was stolen offered to go to places to get help and refused to work with me!!!
Great place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there.
