Clean rooms and lobby. Due to Covid they didn't even serve coffee which was disappointing. Limited breakfast (yogurt and packaged muffins). No room cleaning on weekends which we weren't told until we asked. No pool or spa either. Due to limited amenities the price should have reflected this.
Room was spacious and very clean. The desk staff were pleasant, efficient and made this hotel the easy choice. Having never stayed in Rock Falls I feel like I ended up in the right place.
They over charged my card hundreds of dollars! Manager refused to call me back or even get on phone. In the end they ended up keeping half of my deposit for “damage” to a curtain. I did not cause the damage! I will NEVER put my card up for a room here! At one point pending charges for 2 day stay was a little over 600$ smh
Professional and hard working staff. They keep the place very clean and the bedrooms are very cozy. Highly recommend!
All the staff there are very professional and very nice. It didn't matter what time it was 3:00 in the morning or whatever someone was there to help you. Very comfortable beds they will come in and clean your Room every morning unless you put a do not disturb sign up.my house burned down Furnace exploded but the manager and a lady Named TaraThat runs the front desk plus does other things treated me Real well they were really kind to me Helped me out a lot threw them tough times They did way more than they had to and I can't thank them enough.. I was living off granola bars for a while So if you're going to stay somewhere definitely stay there there good People and if there's ever a problem or you need something just ask because I guarantee you they will do everything they can to make your stay a good one.. Thanks again to the Both of you I'm sleeping on a couch right now In a house that's going up for sale That's all I have in This house lol but just glad to have a roof over my head right now and once things get a little bit betterI'll definitely make it right with you guys See You around
