I couldn't be more happier with the job these guys did on our home.. The guys at ABC Roofing and Siding Inc. in Peoria IL were totally professional and even took time to walk us through the insurance process. They came with a pretty nice crew and finished the job in 3 days. These guys definitely knew what they were doing. It's hard finding good honest people that really have the skill to do this type of work...Me and my husband are so grateful that we found you guys. Thank you so much.
Excellent Service! They came out promptly after this recent storm and worked with my adjuster to make sure everything that got damaged got taken care of. They were very professional and straight forward with me, and did what they told me they were going to do, which is a rarity in the construction industry anymore. After a heavy storm sweeping through we were left with extensive damage to the roof of our home. Luckily, our experience with ABC Roofing was exceptionally painless. Service was prompt, professional and efficient with quality work. I was surprised at the fast repair time of just a day to complete the entire job. My home looks great, and no leaks! If I could give negative stars, I would. We researched roofing companies before letting our insurance company know this was the best one to repair tree damage to our roof and boy were we wrong. They have been an absolute nightmare. Not only did it take them 3 months to get the job done, they did it improperly, put a hole in our ceiling (but offered us $200 off for that), and the cherry on the top? One the roofers personally threatening to come back and shoot myself and our dogs (which the company denied this person worked for them but the person himself stated he was fixing our roof and was able to state where we lived) This has been the most unprofessional and worst service I have ever received. My husband and I will never recommend this company to anyone and we will be sure let everyone know exactly what kind of service they are getting with this company. So be prepared to pay top dollar to be treated like dirt.
