Brandon did an amazing job from start to finish, seriously there was very little needed from me. The crew did a good job. Some minor issues with removal of the old roof. But again, Brandon was instrumental in stop and fix and preventative measures.nnI should have probably done a better job preparing. For those getting roof work; make sure surrounding areas, plants, lights, anything you want protected is protected. The crew took care of covering and moving stuff. There are some things they cannot move (plants, deck lights, etc...) you may want to take a look around. These guys are there to work and that’s what they do. Work hard and fast!nnI would definitely recommend these guys! Brandon is a great guy to work with! Thank you!

First, let me say that I gave 4 stars due to the fact that I cannot put partial stars. Otherwise it would have been a 4.5. Reliable did a really good job and certainly went the extra mile for sure, on a number of things. I am very particular with hiring contractors. Many contractors promise many things and never deliver, or reluctantly deliver. Brandon delivered on every single promise, without hesitation. Very satisfied with them and the Company. The roofing crew also did an excellent job. I am fussy with how work is completed. I have experience in residential remodeling for about 40 years and know good vs so-so vs bad work when I see it. The crew did a great job.nnI do however think the crew could have paid a little bit more attention to detail. One of the days they were here it was very windy. The crew allowed debris to blow all over the neighborhood in which I had to go and pick up the mess and apologize for the inconvenience to my neighbors. I feel that if they would have picked just one or two things up as they were up and down the ladder and also working around the house as they worked, it would have been much better. Additionally, I specifically requested that my gutters be protected from damage. The crew damaged a number of the gutters and in the end Reliable replaced all of the gutters. Most contractors would have tried to skate from addressing the issue.nnI would for sure hire all parties again and certainly recommend them. A job well done. Thank you so much Reliable...

Than you for the amazing job on my house! They put on a roof, gutters and siding. I could not be happier! They were professional at all times. Brandon was very patient with me selecting materials and was available for any and all questions I had.

We had a leak due to our deteriorating roof which we needed fixed and let down by other roofers. he responded promptly, provided a solution at a fair price and completed the work as promised - very reliable and true to his word. He responds promptly and is a true professional. Will definitely use Reliable Construction 1 for all our roofing needs. Have recommended to our friends!

Where do i even begin? Reliable Construction 1 had my back throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond for me. The work he did was amazing! Great, efficient, professional, and fast.
