Owner will draw you in offering no out of pocket deductible. Almost 3 years later, with insurance all paid out, and still not one gutter guaranteed. I had 5 layers of tear off with depreciation replacement. Best Roofing tore off 2 maybe 3, and called it quits. I had to hire an outside CO to remove debris over 3 months later from my backyard. Scam
Great price and excellent quality installation. I'm pretty picky, so there were a couple very minor things to fix at the end, but Best Roofing took care of them promptly. A sharp-looking roof! I'd certainly recommend them.
