Had such a homey welcoming atmosphere. Love staying here every time we are in town!!
Sisson's Country Inn was wonderful. Set back in a quiet farm Country surrounding. The Owners are gracious. All rooms are comfortable and most have private baths and individual a/c and heating units. Located about 30 miles outside of Springfield. Perfect place for families, or hunting/fishing. Definitely stay again.
My family and I stayed for the weekend. Had more then enough beds in the room, had access to kitchen and common room to watch TV. Great people and great place.nnWell definitely stay again when we are in the area.
Huge rooms with lots of beds, friendly hosts who know the area well, very good breakfasts. Guests have access to own kitchen, dining room, fireplace. Family friendly. We had a great time!nnThe B & B is in rural area surrounded by farms, but less than 10 miles from the Chautauqua National Wildlife Refuge; shops and restaurants in Havana IL; Dickson Mounds archaeological museum; and stables with horse riding lessons for kids. Lots to do even in the middle of winter.
