Absolutely hands down the most disorganized pharmacy! It makes no difference if you go in or go through the drive thru, the wait will almost always be long! The only difference with going into the store is you get to watch the person check three or four places for your prescription and then recheck the different places a second or third time and then to find it in the very first spot that they checked (I watched this very thing happen at least three times with complete disbelief each time). Never have I seen anything like this before where filled prescriptions have to be searched for and overlooked. There is no reason for anyone to have to sit in a drive thru for twenty or thirty minutes before even getting to the window and then waiting ten more minutes for someone to find the prescription. So far it has been incredibly rare for me to pick up a prescription and be back on my way in less than ten minutes.
The most incompetent Walgreens in town.
I waited over an hour for my daughter prescription and then they told me they don’t have it in stock I will never spend a dime in this location again they need a new management new staff at the pharmacy
They are always very helpful in many ways
