This is the only Springfield pharmacy that compounds and accepts prescriptions from our St. Louis vet for our macaw. Excellent service with flavoring to make the liquid more palatable for her. Service is quick, and the price is reasonable. They have literally been a life saver for Chip who is now in her 26th year.
Very convenient.
The telephone techs have gotten the information on my prescriptions wrong three different times telling me they didn't have it when I have rec'd confirming email from them. She is absolutely rude and snotty and I have to end up getting the pharmacist involved to get it straightened out which only delays taking care of other customers in line. Service is totally unacceptable and will be changing stores and no longer purchase other products from the store.
They are very proud of the Pharmacy and try to feel prescription fast so you don't have to wait a long time for them to get filled. They are friendly and answer any questions you might have.. If you're looking for a chance to get something filled you may want to have them be your pharmacy
Very small utilitarian pharmacy, but very handy! Cooler with drinks, candy & chip racks. Gum. Prescriptions filled.
