Both of my vaccines were scheduled for 9:15, got skipped the first time as they grabbed the wrong paperwork and I didn’t get called until 9:35 and the 2nd time was 9:28 said they double booked

I have been going here about 22 years. The first 10 were great. They kept employees for years. Employees were kind, helpful, recognized frequent shoppers.nOne by one employees started leaving. Replaced employees were so-so and sometimes rude.nI still go to this place as it is only 3 minute from home. But only for things I cant get within 10 miles. Usually drive up medicine.

i seen a commercial on tv for Walgreens flu shots are in. so i went up there just a few minutes ago bright and early. told them i was here to get a flu shot. guy asks someone else if they are giving out flu shots. the lady says the cdc recommends getting the shot in October. basically got refused a flu shot from Walgreens on clear lake. so i called the one on MacArthur they said i could come there and they would give me one. i dont feel like driving all the way across town when the Walgreens on clear lake is a couple blocks away. you guys should redo the commercial its misleading if your not actually giving out the shots for a couple more months

This Walgreens and Peoria rd. are slow. Very slow. Im waiting while writing this review. It doesnt matter what time a day I come.nnSo I finally got my turn and the lady didnt apologize for the wait or acknowledge it. I mentioned it and she acted like she didnt hear me. As I pulled up she was on her phone and I had to wave to get her attention. I get I have to wait but why does it take me 2 min and the people in front of me 20 minutes? Happens evertime. ZERO STARSnnand Walgreens prices are way too much anyways.
