I hiked a few block to this store, only to be told by the clerk that I would have to leave my backpack behind the counter while I shopped. There were several women shopping in plain view with purses bigger than my backpack. To the manager, this is a sexist and discriminatory policy, and makes no sense. These women were wearing their purses at their sides, where it would be easy to slip items in them, have you ever tried to put something in a backpack while it is on your back? It is bordering profiling, and is just a bad policy. I am done shopping at CVS.

I have never had issues w this pharmacy till today. Rx was sent to wrong pharmacy.nWas told they would transfer it,to wait 2 to 3 hrs. I did wait when I called 3 hrs later.nOh we have been busy we haven't even called to transfer it. Not happy.

This CVS pharmacy is amazing. Being in the medical district makes them extremely busy. Having MS makes me frequent this business, Some of the pharmacy technicians have even recognized me coming in. Dealing with the tons of prescriptions I was completely shocked by this. Everyone there is extremely friendly and simply amazing, they will stop what they are doing to answer your questions. This will always be the pharmacy I use.

Pharmacy and store has a well trained staff and each employee was very polite.
