ERIK'S - Bike Board Ski

Eriks Bikes is awesome. Mitch (Deerfield, IL store) is TOP NOTCH! From start to end, he was with me all the way. The day I picked up my bike, ALL the staff are very helpful and very accommodating to my questions. I will and did recommend this store to my friends and families. Two of them will pick up their bikes next week! Again, Mitch and staff, thank you very much for making my buying experience at Eriks Bikes wonderful!

Mitch was amazing! Super helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us find a bike that I could take home that day and stayed around my price range.

The owner needs to hire more people. I just went to pick my preordered bike and it took me one hour to get it. There were only three employees including mechanic so only 2 sales people. People had to form queue and almost waited over 20 minutes to be served. I saw couple of customer leaving the store in frustration. I wanted to buy the bike accessories but there was no one to guide me so I changed my mind and exited the store as quickly as possible. Hope this feedback will help the company to serve its customer better.

Awesome experience beginning to end . The website led me to to the phone call with Mitch, and that led me 2 the store. Mitch helped me second I walked in. easy to work with, answered my question, made recommendations overall visit was Great. Super easy super quick. ☆☆☆☆☆

I brought a bike at Erick’s last summer my salesman was Mitch he was outstanding in every aspect . He took his time to pick out the right bike for me very knowledgeable and answer all my questions . Went to Ericks couple weeks ago to buy my girlfriend a bike she is only 5 feet and it is very hard to find a bike that would fit her . The store was very busy but Mitch took his time did everything he could do to try to find a bike that would fit her , Mitch showed her many bikes but there was not a bike that would be right for her . I greatly appreciate his effort and patients . Erick’s gives a free tune-up if you purchase a bike from Erick’s .nIf you need a bike , I greatly recommend Erick’s and ask for Mitch .
