The product selection at the Trek Store of Highland Park is great. It has everything from bike locks to bikes. A fine selection of products to keep you glued to your saddle for hours on end. Enhancing every aspect of your ride from your comfort to speed. It's really a one-stop-shop for all levels of riders from road junkies to family rides. The service center really shows its experience and knowledge in the biking industry by providing valuable information on your bike and how to take your rides to the next level recommending awesome new products that really makes a difference. While also being professional and timely with tune-ups and check overs. This store has made a world's difference for me. From excellent products to the best customer service I would differently recommend this to friends and family.

All I’ve ever had is trek since I was 16 and now it’s all my family owns too. I have never had better bikes or service. Trek in highland park took care of us so well, I bought another trek and wasn’t even there for that!! Corey was so knowledgeable and helpful! The service I received on the phone and in store were excellent. They actually cared and took care of my family’s needs. Thank you Trek Highland Park! This is how places should be.

I am very pleased with the service and expertise that I received with my last visit. I usually work on bikes myself, but the expertise of the staff really makes a difference. I had a noise coming from the rear of the bike. I wasn't sure if it was the derailleur or bad spoke. In literally seconds, the mechanic showed me a hairline crack in the wheel which was causing the noise. With the help of very experienced sales person, we chose the correct wheels that was best suited for my needs. Bikes have changed tremendously since my first Schwinn. That is why it is so important to have a staff that is very skilled and knowledgeable to make the right choices. When you get the bike that exceeds you expectations, the pleasure curve rises exponentially. A grateful customer

This was my first time working with the Highland Park Trek store and I was so very pleased and impressed with the store and the staff member I worked with named Ethan. Ethan was very knowledgeable about the various options available on the type of bike I wanted to select and gave me really great guidance with his personal experience of riding. I was so confident in his advice that I purchased my new Trek from him that day and I am really happy with the bike. I highly recommend this store and Ethan. Great place with outstanding help.
