Great fitting (really a “refitting”) experience. Worked with me on my existing bike to address some knee pain. Great approach, handled it professionally, and now - no more pain.
Brian is knowledgeable and friendly. I bought a bike from him 5 years ago. Everytime i go back for something (shoe, gearing, crank), he still knows the details my set up and the little problems we on last time. Not just interested in sales, but a TRUE professional.
I tell everyone: Proper fit is more important than the bike itself. Brian fitted me on a Felt cyclocross bike over 8,000 miles ago and the bike fit still feels great.nnI tell people that the CX bike (with drop-bars) is more comfortable than the hybrid I rode before.
