Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and fresh and the beds were comfy.
We stayed here on our travels because we have a Marriott card. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Would stay again.
We have always been fans of Fairfield Inns. Never had issues with rooms not being clean, smelling, etc. UNTIL THIS TIME. Our room was extremely dusty, dirty and smelled. Luckily because of Covid, I had brought a brand new container of Clorox wipes. I used over half the container to CLEAN the room. I thought I would be sanitizing the room but ended up cleaning dust off of everything. The air-conditioned/ heater unit was the worse. It was nasty with tons of dust. The lamp shades had dust hanging off the edges. I don't know if we were given a room that hasn't been used in a while but whatever the reason, we will not be staying at this Fairfield Inn ever again. I will have reservations about staying at any other ones as well. Extremely disappointed.
Everything as expected, well run, friendly and helpful staff, room was like new.
One of the lamps in the room didn't work but overall they took COVID seriously and even kept my girlfriend's phone at the front desk when she lost it. Staff is also very friendly!
