David and Sam Downs have been fantastic to work with. I had a couple of huge wind and hail storms hit my house last fall and and several areas of damage. I called for an estimate and was lucky enough to be referred to Apex, called them, and David came out to my home. He was so professional and knowledgeable. I was really disappointed to hear that my roof needed to be replaced, that it was beyond repair. As a single mom on a very restricted budget this was a very big deal for me. David could not have been nicer. He came out to my house again and met with my insurance adjuster and then contacted me immediately after for a follow up. He walked me through every step of the process with patience and kindness. I cannot recommend them enough.
I cannot say enough good things about Apex Exteriors. The team of Dave, Gary and Matt were fantastic to work with! The crew that came out for a complete roof installation where very professional and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Matt was there to answer any questions I had which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend the team at Apex!
I hired Apex Exterior to replace my roof, gutters and fascia almost 6 years ago. They did not complete the job based on the contract they wrote, signed and were paid to do. As a result of their negligence I now have mold in my attic. I have given them an opportunity to correct this matter however have just heard their excuses and then nothing from them. Not only did they not do the job they were paid for but they didn’t do it correctly at the beginning to avoid problems down the road. Oversell and hope you don’t notice seems to be their motto unfortunately. Be careful because it may look and sound great but it may not be done right or what you overpaid for!
We had 2 other roof inspections and David was our third one. He was the only one who told us that our roof was in perfect condition and he didn't see any hail damages. The other 2 told us we had damages to our roof and we will get the insurance to pay for this. I trusted David's expert opinion. He saved me from making a call to the insurance company. Honesty is very important and very hard to find people like that. Thank you.
Dave and Sam were great. They came out to my house to inspect a leaky skylight. They were on-time, professional and honest with their assessment. I would not hesitate to call them again.
