After searching for a pet friendly hotel I was lucky to find this location for my dog and I. Super clean room, soft linen, quick wifi and quiet. Plenty of food options within 5 miles. Thank you for an excellent stay and reception, will definitely return!
I was in town for work & I enjoyed my stay here!! Cleanliness & Customer service was top tier!! It has a very cool, calm & collected atmosphere! Whenever I'm back in Illinois, I'll definitely keep Candlewood Suites Elgin in mind....

The Candlewood Suites located in Elgin Illinois is by far the best hotel that I have stayed at. I have to say that plenty of hotels as I travel on business. The manager is very attentive and does well with making everything from the safety and security to the cleanliness of the hotel a priority. The team at the service desk was very well with making sure that the operations of this hotel stays the main focus and they provide warm customer service whenever ( Day Or Night) I have a request or a question . The housekeeping is very thorough provide that extra home away from home feeling when I walked into my room . I appreciate the stay here and I highly recommend if you are on business or just a leisure get away this is the place to come ud83dude0a.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Made us and our pets feel very welcome. We were there for 2 weeks due to home issues and only thing I would change is I would have loved to have a hot breakfast.
