They will tell you one price and charge you another. Come on with the hidden fees and market strategies, just tell people what it costs and quit ripping folks off! The rooms were mediocre at best. The TVs are small and the water didn't get very hot. Yes they have excellent customer service but to overcharge you for an experience less than the value. Stick with Holiday Inn
The staff is top notch. They went above and beyond to help me. I would like to say there web site is a little misleading there is no pool or hot tub @ and no restaurant open. The shower took awhile before I had hot water. And the water didn't come out very strong.nThe bed was semi comfortable there was a mini fridge in the room and they do have a mini market or store with minimal things that they offer. There is free wifi.

Clean place, courteous friendly staff, etc.
The staff are always so nice and the beds are more than comfortable. The vibe of each hotel room makes it feel like you're staying in a cozy loft rather than a plain hotel room.
