I am originally from Elgin, Illinois but moved to Milwaukee ,Wisconsin 10 years ago. Even so, I still travel to Illinois to visit my mother, and other family members. I am not one that likes to stay at other peoples houses, I will actually be going out there next week for Thanksgiving and am depending on checking in here. Everything is always clean and my kids love the pool.
Everyone from the doorman to the people that cleaned the rooms were extremely friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were made in heaven!!
Very cheaply constructed hotel, concrete slab ceiling makes the living accommodation very cold, we had no heat in our first room, the sink was broken, the standard of in room cleaning has a lot to be desired, be patient for hot water it may eventually arrive after 30 minutes.
Awesome place and people. The young gal that was at the desk is fantastic!!! Please give Bertha a big thank you from me!!!
Staff was amazing, my room was squeaky clean plus I got the pool to myself and it's heated which was a huge bonus
