Went in for an interview and the manager was extremely unprofessional. Was pretty put off by her behavior. Cant imagine how they treat the residents.
Its a great place when you think trailer parks they think park Boys lol. Nothing like that I bought a home here , very clean n well maintained
Leased a home here and the office people never did what they promised after move in and dealt with a lot of their problen ourselfs
I feel that from what I have seen out at Burt Estates just from driving in and out of the park it is well maintained I don't ever see any of the trailers looking trashy on the outside or looking like it is a park filled with unkept site's, I think if the park would allow you to have bonfires at your site put a few more garage's in spots where they have Hugh double shed's on properties it might be more eye catching for a lot of people looking to find a home
I have been a resident of country acres which is a part of Burt Estates the staff and management are great to work with and the dedication the management has to comfort residents in time of need
