My contractor John Lee was both professional and helpful. His knowledge and understanding of the products J & K have to offer was very informative. On the day of the project, the team came into the job like ninjas, scaling a relatively steep roof to demo and replace. In less than a day, 90% of the job was completed with only finishing touches and more clean-up the next day. Thanks John and the team at J & K for getting it done and going the distance. Thanks John for advocating for our needs with the insurance company.
J&K replaced my hail damaged roof in a professional and timely manner. Their communication and work ethic was outstanding. James explained the entire project in detail and answered all of my questions. I had peace of mind throughout the project and felt I could trust them to provide a quality result and we were very pleased with the outcome. I have been trying to hire this company for new roofing/siding project based upon numerous positive reviews but the sales person assigned is not very responsive to my requests so far, don't know what he has to hide from potential client ? This company is too busy for small customers and Zero customer service, rude sales person, don't care for customer needs. It looks most are fake positive reviews, just to bring in new customers. Stay away !
It’s real difficult to get excited about a new roof. Yet, I was very positively impressed in general by J&K for the professional way my project was handled throughout the entire process. As a retired engineer, I can be more than a little picky and ask a whole lot of questions; all were handled in a timely and skilled way by my sales contact James Fischer before I signed a thing. The job itself went as smooth as silk – the on-site team was on-time, extensive & well-trained. They did a top-notch job, and left the job sight thoroughly clean. The production manager John Kim additionally made multiple visits for “quality control”, during and after the job - a real nice touch. Highly Recommended.
John and the team at J & K are awesome. The communication was great - John answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. The team was friendly and trustworthy and did a fantastic job on our siding, windows and aluminum wraps. I love the new look of my home. We highly recommend J & K and will use them again in the future. This is a five star company!
