Ive been in lots of extended stay hotels all over Illinois. and always no issues. till yesterday. that i was charged 165$nfor cleaning the room they saidndidn’t smoke or broke anything and they still charge me. i am taking this matter to corporate. just want to warn everyone what they can come up with surprises
Great location and great staff! Its kept very clean and also is quiet most of the time.
The internet was a disappointment. It did get disconnected and interrupted numerous times (almost every 15 minutes). The hotel was offering an enhanced internet for ~5$ for one day; this also had numerous disconnections. I was on a business trip and had to attend daily online meetings; and the internet interruptions caused a lot of stress for me.
Is clean, people is nice..nthe only thing I don't like is a knock on the door an hour before leaving.n1 hour before check out time.
Rosa is this best cleaning lady she always helps out and is excelllent
