Update* The new manager Chris is very nice and professional. He was very helpful and took care of the problem!nnI stayed at the Westin in Itasca for Valentine’s Day. I am only giving this two stars because the room was nice and clean. I booked the “suite life Valentine’s Day package” in a king suite. That was supposed to include: gourmet picnic basket, 1 bottle of wine, in-room movie, a fruit amenity, and late checkout at 4pm. We only received a small cheese platter and a bottle of wine. The front desk lady didn’t know anything about this package. She didn’t believe us that check out was 4 pm, we had to prove it by showing her a picture of what this package included. We booked this through their website too. We had someone knocking on our door at 1 pm asking us if we departed yet. They made it out to be a huge deal that check out was at 4. We didn’t even get everything in the package. We asked the front desk lady that we didn’t get everything included and she said the cheese platter is the gourmet basket. It was a waste of money. I do not recommend anyone to get a package at this hotel. I was better off buying a regular room, I would have saved $150+. I am very disappointed with this hotel.

The hotel was so luxurious the main lobby was spacious the room was nice the hotel was quite there were restaurants near by we ate at we had the pool to ourselves we reserved a time to come I would definitely stay again

Nice hotel but the decor is a little dated. Front desk staff were super friendly. Was upgrade to a huge suite. Unfortunately do to COVID the restaurant was not open for dinner or breakfast.

Phenomenal. Honestly it's awesome because you are right next to the freeway and by the airport. Definitely not recommended for kids but maybe more couples and business type of feel because it is nice and quiet and very clean and of course the vibe is very calming. I would literally have even myself stay there if I was to get surgery. The sweets are really nice because they are half of hardwood floor and the other half is carpet which is better that there is less carpet right now with Corona and all the viruses I really enjoyed myself with my boyfriend this weekend and everything was so clean and the air literally felt very purified and the sheets and the carpeting did not smell gross

Awesome interior, very open. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The shower system is a double headed spout, which is a nice feature. Best part is this hotel is pet friendly, with no pet fees or deposits! Our husky had a good time getting lots of treats from the staff.
