Very professional staff
Great stay at a great location for business purposes and the rate was really good. The service was very good. The rooms, at least mine, was starting to show its age with wear and tear. Outside of that, I'll definitely be staying with them again.
Fantastic overnight stay! Wonderful staff, clean & well maintained rooms. Public spaces are very nice. Kids loved the large indoor pool.
Just to verify, this is regarding the Hyatt Place Chicago Itasca.nBecause of covid I understand that the pool should be used on a reservation basis. On the night of my stay, I inquired about any availability for the morning hours. The gentlemen stated that the pool is fully booked till 12pm. I informed him that I am checking out at 2pm and was wondering if I can have the 12pm slot. He told me to 'get back to me later'.nI inquired again sometime later, but was told it was fully booked till 1pm.nEverything else was was typical, nothing stands out in terms of outstanding service. So this would have been a normal nice stay. However this negative part of my stay really stands out. I do not appreciate being lied to.
