Enjoyable stay and enjoyable staff. I've been welcomed and received as an airline crew member; First Class.nThis hotel is used to provide their customers with the better experience. You think a microwave in your room will improve your stay, they will find one.nnAnd, this is not to mention the location: a cool 20 minutes drive from O'Hare plus surrounding trails for your favorite outdoor activities.
Our stay was excellent because of Andrea! She was running the front desk and had it going on! It was so cold out and came inside into a blazing fireplace which was so nice. I talked to her before we came and after and during it all she eased so helpful and madenSure our stay was great and it was!nShe explained the covid rules and the swimming. My granddaughtersnHad so much fun. We will be returning thanks to the wonderful service we received from Andrea!nnnice.
Very clean, enjoyed reserving, checking in & checking out all online so didn't even need to go to the front desk. We will definitely stay here again!
Very nice. Clean, quiet, friendly reasonably priced. Staff is great! Only draw back is is a little far out.
Nice property with clean and comfortable rooms. Easy to find. Resturants and shopping nearby. Limited on site services due to covid. Staff is friendly.
