This hotel was absolutely horrible. The layout for one was very confusing. Elevators are located in the middle of the hotel. We walk into our room and find that the standard room doesn’t come with a fridge or microwave. Windows don’t open so you are unable to get some fresh air. Logging into the hotels internet was an issue. The remote barely worked for the very fuzzy picture TVs. I would rather stay in a tent in the woods.
The hotel was nicely priced, close to everything I needed and the rooms were very clean, overall a pleasant experience
It was bugs everywhere in our bed!! Ants all on the table! I asked for a refund the manager was highly disrespectful and wouldn’t give one! The hot tub was dirty don’t stay here.
I gave a deposit of 100$ they said it would be back on my account in 4 days but it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t got it back. Every time I call the just say the same thing to call me back I told them I did and they say to call when the manager is there but every time I call he/she is not there or won’t take the call !!! Honestly so unprofessional
This hotel was very clean and professional. I stayed here for a week with my boyfriend because we are in between homes and Bonny the manager was especially helpful. Bonny was very patient with us and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. During an issue when I visited the front desk Bonny was incredibly attentive to my problem, as well as the other guests. Professional, good at multi-tasking and very kind. Thank you Bonny!
