Service here is amazing! After having two local shops say they were out of supplies to fix a stripped crank arm Switchback stepped up and got it done. A week later had some issues with shifters that other shop said we would have to purchase new, switch fixed in 5 minutes and they are working like new!!! Thanks guys!

Andrew Peterson is truly a kind professional, but above all, he is a gentleman. My daughter and I came in with little knowledge of mountain biking, but desirous for understanding and direction. Andrew must have spent a total of 1 1/2 hours with us going over a variety of questions, concerns, and everything in between. Suffice to say, we left with a bike, a handful of other accessories, but most importantly, we were given the gift of knowledge that only comes from a seasoned pro. The crew at Switchback is great. Extremely helpful and service oriented and committed to your enjoyment of whatever sport you’re pursuing. Clay was awesome getting my son’s mountain bike dialed-in, and fine tuning the fit of a bike I’d purchased elsewhere. Would definitely recommend these guys. They know their stuff and really want to help.

Great Experience at Switchback in Park City. Conveniently located. The guys there totally understand bikes and gear. Christian helped me get two bikes rolling again and I bought a great pump there as well. Very great experience. Will return again!

My Santa Cruz Bronson had issues in the bottom bracket, I stopped in and Switchback jumped on the problem, cleaned out my bb, replaced the rear brake pads and sent me out to the trails. Awesome service! Great store, nice people. Highly recommended.
