Good price and quality. Staff was friendly. Room wasn't dirty. TV in the suite entrance didn't work properly. Check your equipment. Need to get rid of old towels/wash rags. Some were tattered.

So I always book via third party when I come into town. This was the cheapest room for the night so I booked it. When I got there the guy at the counter informed me that they had placed me in a handicap room because that’s the only room that was available for the bed size I chose. I wasn’t too picky so I’m like okay that is fine.nnAs soon as I walked into the room it had the worst smell possible. It seemed like the smell was from the bathroom.I went to buy cleaning supplies and air freshener and it literally just made it worse. I was sick to my stomach. I asked my room to be moved and I didn’t care what size the beds were. The new room was pleasant and comfortable. No smell and everything was in good condition.

Although the pool is closed and Covid restrictions have caused them to not have their traditional hotel breakfast, the accommodations are pretty good. I do believe that guests should be informed that housekeeping will not be cleaning your room due to Covid protocols unless requested. We were not informed of this, and had to ask for towels every night of our stay after returning to the property. I have stayed at this property multiple times in the past and have 2 other stays booked in the near future. I surely hope that stay is better than this past one.

Front desk staff were very friendly. No pool or breakfast because of COVID. Bed was comfortable but the room was in need of repairs. Lots of good food choices around to pick from.

Connie has been the first face I seen when I walked into the building. If I needed anything she was willing to help me 100%, I have never gotten service like this and I would have to give this place five stars only because it allows me to,could I would give it 10 stars if google allowed me to. The manager Bobby is a professional always striving to make the best of everything here. Bobby works with me Like no other place I have been to. As far as the cleanliness goes hand sanitizer Is on every corner they all wear masks and the cleaning ladies to an amazing job and and extremely helpful in whatever category that I need help in.I could not say enough wonderful things about this place. If you were thinking about staying anywhere near 183rd and Harlem recommend The Comfort Inn and suites to be your first stop. They have the best rates no trouble and cleanliness like I said it’s top priority. Like I said I cannot say enough about this place thank you so much for your time.
