Very nice desk clerk, even though we were walk in guest in the middle of a snow storm.
I was only there for a short stay on business. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. I was too tired to go back down and get another room so I put up with it. I've been disappointed with Fairfields in general lately.
The window screen was half on half off, mildew on the bathroom ceiling. Other guests hair on the bathroom floor. Stained the sheets. Dust on the TV. I do not recommend staying there ever. Housekeeping lacks
The staff couldn’t be nicer, the restaurant more accommodating and the rooms nicely furnished. I look forward to returning and enjoying the hotel for a longer period of time. Five stars for me!
AIR conditioner would not cool off room. Had to open the window. They took all the coffee away by 8 am
