Quiet, the neighbors i have met have been diverse and friendly. Security staff are all awesome and front office ladies are so helpful. The roads and walks are well maintained. We’ve only been here a few months but so far, well worth the lot rent.
Scott the owner is a horrible person. They break their leases and contracts and evict people whenever they feel like it for no reason at all and don’t follow the Illinois state laws regarding landlord and tenants. Do not recommend this place for anyone.
Nice secluded place to enjoy privacy
Been here for 16 years and love this place. Nice people to deal with. Office staff great and our Security folks are super. Thank you Joe and Susan.
Mostly Quiet and Decent Living - unfortunate that lot rent goes up EVERY year; they took away the basic cable with virtually no notice and still increased rent, play favorites when it comes to citations/violation notices. Could be worse but will not deny it could be much, much, better.
