Lovely 55+ modular home park. We've lived here for four years and simply love it! It is guarded 27x7. It is very clean and everyone is so friendly. Very conveniently located near I-57 in between Rte 30 and Sauk Trail.

Very nice community. People are friendly there.
This is an excellent place. Quiet, friendly, pretty...I love it. The neighbors are friendly, the homeowners association fees are low, and there's always something going on at the social club.nnIt's also very secure, which is very important to me as I enjoy walking my dogs in the evenings. And if my dog was to decide that we absolutely had to go for a potty break at 3am, I would have no issue going out for a quick walkies. (Only quick cos it's 3am. I'm a night owl, but there are limits!) I have done exactly that several times, in fact.
Gated community where people take pride in their lots. The large clubhouse is available for private parties and has all the amenities including a large clean kitchen. Friendly people, nice atmosphere, country living yet a short drive to all the shops. Terrific Community!
