This is one the most quietest hotels ever. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The beds put you straight to sleep. I’ll recommend this place for any couples .
After searching place after place, I lucked on this one....nnI stayed (2) two nights and it was amazing. Not only was the lobby clean; so was the parking lot, hallway and it smelled good. I can’t remember the young man’s name that checked me in, but he was helpful and when I asked could I see a room before hand, he did and I was impressed. I was on the first floor near the back door, barely heard a thing... My stay was quiet and relaxing. Next time I’m visiting Illinois and need to stay somewhere, it’ll definitely be here! So please don’t decrease; if anything increase so it’ll be top choice for all.
I travel NON STOP for business and occasionally I come across a hotel employee that deserves to be recognized. Marlana is definitely one of those few. She truly makes THE difference at the Comfort Inn Matteson. Thank you Marlana for making my 5 day stay wonderful. You have an amazing employee Choice Hotels. Always value and respect her and give her a promotion!
Stayed at the comfort in last week. Very clean. Older gentleman who checked me in was nice. Liz was great too.
