Annette in the service department is amazing! She's patient with my son who likes to add stories when we talk about what needs to be repaired on his bike. She helps keep our budget in line and knows when to tell us when something is necessary, and when other things can be put off. I don't know much about upkeep costs on bikes, but they do great work for what our costs have been. Annette is very knowledgeable and shares tips in how to keep his bike in good working condition. We'll continue to use GoodSpeed for all of our bike needs!

got my bike here. i love that i can just come here whenever i need to have my bike checked especially when its been sitting in the garage all winter. the staff is very helpful. one time i wasnt able to make it to my scheduled free bike checkup but they were able to squeeze me in the same day. I forgot to get her name but the staff who did check my bike was very thorough. i highly recommend this bike shop if you are looking for good bikes and excellent service.

The employees are very knowledgeable and personable. They always meet my expectations with the services they provide. They talk to their clients to see what will fit each person’s needs and make recommendations according to those needs. Whenever I visit the shop, I feel as if I’m visiting a friend. They have made our community stronger by organizing activities within our community that welcome everyone.

I really enjoyed my experience! I got a chance to test ride two bikes and ended up buying one of them. The staff was very nice and helpful. I recommended going here for your biking needs.
