We had Presidential Roofing do a new roof as well as entirely new siding on our home. The roof was quick and looks amazing, they did a great job. The siding was even better. The installer was METICULOUS. I cannot say enough good about his work and the results. He was a perfectionist and made every single spot look perfect. Our house looks amazing and I am getting so many compliments from neighbors. I would highly recommend this company. Tom is easy to work with- and patient. My husband and I had a LOT of questions before we started the project and he was very patient and helped us with every question. They did a great job!

We would definitely recommend Presidential Roofing! We had multiple estimates and the Presidential roofing was very detailed with the different options that you could choose from. They were not the cheapest, but based on my interaction with Tom and recommendations, we recommend that you go with them. They performed the job with absolutely no problems. The job was in the city and my neighbors property are few feet away from me. They made sure to not bother my neighbors and what minimal debris did fall on my neighbors was taken care with tarps laid proactively by Tom’s crew.nnI had the job performed in late Summer and when the winds picked up in October I noticed some noise in one of my bathroom vents. I looked up and noticed a Vent pipe was not vertical and leaning to one side. I called Tom and he informed me that his crew did not touch the vents.nI asked him to come out and take a look at it. Tom came out and crawled up into my cramped attic and showed me that a brace for the vent was not secured properly and broke off. Even though this problem was not caused by him or his crew, Tom took it on himself to fix the Vent pipe as well as possible and did not charge me. Usually after a job is completed you will never see them or get a response. Tom not only responded but went above and beyond what was required. I highly recommend Presidential Roofing. We went with Joe and Presidential Roofing for our new roof, soffits, and gutters this past fall. Everything went great! We had our restoration company out to repair our ceilings mid February. What we learned: with all the snow we had, we never should of done this work until March (wish our restoration company would of advised us). Because of our exposed ceilings with no insulation, our heat rose to our roof and created ice dams. We had leaks all over the house now. Our restoration company could not come back for another day because of the snow storm. We called Joe. He came in 30 minutes! He saw what was happening, shoveled the roof and created areas for the water to go from the melting ice. He explained what was happening and what needed to happen to stop further damage. Hire Joe, you will not be disappointed. We can not recommend our restoration company, however. Joe and Presidential Roofing saved our house!

Tom was very responsive and professional. They did a great job on the roof and did a good job cleaning up. They came highly recommended by a friend.
