I called on Thursday to set a roof inspection for Monday, they said sure sure no problem. 10 min before appointment they called and said sorry we are over booked.nnSuch a shame to deal with a company like this. Definitely do not recommend.
I hired Proven to replace my roof, siding and gutters. I was very pleased with their service, pricing and keeping me informed. Any small issues after installation were quickly tended to. I would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to friends. My representative, Adrian, was polite and professional. There was no pressure to sell me anything I did not need. They worked with my insurance company to get my claim approved.
Your company replaced the roof and gutters at my Apartments in Dec. Don't know how the insulated roof is working out , because I don't live upstairs. I can say I'm liking those gutters! No more thick layers of ice on my car now that the gutters actually do what they're suppose to do! No more cascading waves of water pouring over the top of the gutters and unto my car. Also your workers were respectful and nice.
Ice shelves took the entire gutter and soffit off the side of our house. Proven was helpful on the phone, came out promptly for an estimate and got it taken care of. The crew was on time and courteous and the final price was the same as the estimate.
