This is a nice hotel. I went here while I was in Chicago and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into the hotel and checked in at the front desk, where I got my room key. I went up to the room and was greeted by two comfy beds, and a nice, clean bathroom. I dropped off my suitcases in the room and went to downtown Chicago. After that, I came back to my hotel and fell asleep. I spent multiple nights here, so I did this each day. When my stay ended, I checked out and left the hotel, satisfied with my experience. I gave this hotel five stars because it has nice rooms and is conveniently located right by a metro station which takes you to downtown Chicago and O’Hare Airport.
I was on the road for a week with my trucker husband and was looking for a lavish stay in a nice hotel. The nicest hotel I could think of being the Hyatt. I had big plans to veg out, order room service, order laundry service and enjoy a nice comfortable bed. The room was small, it didn't feel exceptionally clean, there was no room service, the bed was uncomfortable and they could accommodate my laundry needs because I git there to late and was leaving too early. I have had better stays at a Motel 6. What a waste of my kid free time and my money. I wish I could get the time and money back.
Nicole is/was absolutely a joy to work with. She ensures a professional, fast, efficient, and courteous experience each time during our stays. I always look forward to being greeted by her upon arrival. Hyatt is fortunate to have excellent employees as her that continue to go above and beyond. Thank you again Nicole for making our stays pleasurable and comfortable.
Shuttle to and from the airport is awesome. Front desk staff very kind. King room was nice. Only negative is the bathroom is a Cracker Jack box. (Very very small).nShower space no tub extremely small. Anyone over 6ft tall won’t fit and over 170lbs.
First of all I was angry that they charged $34 for parking and the lot was empty and they conveniently neglected to mention it until you show up. This place is huge and I bet there wasn't a dozen people staying there. You check in at the snack bar (a little strange). They have no breakfast options at all.nnThis hotel is very old and although it looked very clean it also looks super outdated and falling apart. The room was very small and to warm for us. Bathroom countertop was so small there was no room to put my toiletry bag down. Pillows were flat. I'm not bashing them. Just really didn't enjoy our stay at all. We will never stay here again.
