Called ahead to verify pool was open, reservation guy said it was, i asked again to be sure as it was the only reason i was willing to pay for a hotel. It wasn't. 2 VERY disappointed kids. Room had 1 towel, they did promptly bring more. Ice bucket had melted ice in it, obviously not cleaned. Sounded like a heard of elephants was rooming above us and kids up and down the hallway all night. I've slept better taking a nap in my car. Shower handle was broken, so no showers either. Breakfast opening was 15 late and the food was room temp/cold (standard sausage, eggs, potatoes and OJ cartons with no alternatives). No one available at checkout to discuss issues with. Definitely will nit be returning. 2 stars because free parking and friendly/quick check in...$25 room deposit charged at checkin which is pretty standard but annoying if you don't know about it ahead of time.
This one a real grand luxury hotel. Strategically located and very courteous staffs. Hands down one of the best meals I have ever had.
Super clean! And quiet. Very polite receptionist. Overall a great place to relax! Definitely, visiting again.
Usually my fave, most convenient hotel in this area, but beware— no masks in sight! I’m not sure I feel comfortable staying here again until this pandemic is under control.
Amazing services. High attention of staff and very friendly in nature. Interior of the hotel is just outstanding. And decor is very beautiful.
