I’ve been coming here for years; back when it was called Wyndham. The changes they’ve made are excellent. Front desk manager, Trina, always provides impeccable customer service. I was there this past weekend and it just happened to be the same weekend as a youth hockey event. Even under all that pressure, Trina never allowed it to overwhelm her. At one point, I was told that housekeeping ran out of towels (that’s how booked the hotel was). Trina made the necessary phone calls and had towels delivered to the room promptly. Cannot ask for a better front desk manager.
Great place to stay for the weekend, excellent value. The employees are super nice and helpful. Rooms are large, nice.
Blown away! By far our favorite of the Marriott line! We absolutely loved this hotel, the size and layout of the room is like a small one bedroom/bath apartment. The hotel is clean, quiet and staff are friendly. The pool was clean and open, we had a great time and will definitely be back!
The lobby is absolutely gorgeous!! They remodeled everything and it's more impressive than downtown Hotels.
Definitely close to the highway and not well sound insulated. Not convinced of the cleaning process, as there was a spare sock left on a shelf. Not what I expected of a Renaissance Hotel.
